Shipping policy

1. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 - 3 business days after payment confirmation. During busy periods or holidays, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Destinations
We ship worldwide. The majority of our orders are currently shipped within the Netherlands and Belgium, but we welcome orders from all over the world.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order. We strive to offer fair and transparent shipping rates.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):
- Netherlands: 1 business day
- Belgium: 1–3 business days
- Rest of Europe: 3–10 business days
- International (outside Europe): 10–21 business days
These are estimates provided by our shipping carriers and are not guaranteed. Happylisz is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control.
5. Tracking
Where available, a tracking number will be provided in your shipping confirmation email. Not all shipping methods include tracking. If you would like to ensure your order is tracked, please check available options at checkout.
6. Customs & Import Duties
For international orders outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply upon arrival in your country. These costs are the responsibility of the customer. Happylisz has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at info@happylisz.com. If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to investigate and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or refund in accordance with applicable consumer laws.. Please keep all original packaging when reporting damage.
8. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of ordering. Happylisz is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@happylisz.com — we can only make changes before the order is dispatched. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address may be reshipped at the customer's expense.
