Shipping costs depend on the weight and destination of your package. We calculate this per order, which is why we do not use standard rates per country. Your shipping costs will be calculated during check-out. We ship from The Netherlands.

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may choose to return it. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. The shipping costs and shipping risk for the return are the responsibility of the customer.

Your purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days of receiving your return, provided all items are in good condition. Custom-made and/or personalized products or products made according to personal preferences cannot be returned.

You have the right to cancel (part of) your order within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason. After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return your order.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of the return, and the item must be returned in its original condition and packaging - if reasonably possible. To make use of the right of withdrawal, please contact us via the contact form.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to items that are custom-made, tailored to personal preferences or part of a mystery box. If you are unsure whether the products you are considering fall under the right of withdrawal, please contact us.

The costs for returning your order are your responsibility. Please note that returned items are at your own risk. We recommend sending your return with insurance.
